The Fréhel sailing centre is on the great beach of Sables-d’Or-les-Pins, between Cap Fréhel and Cap d’Erquy. It holds the École française de voile and Spot nautique labels and is open all year. You can try board and sail sports (catamaran, windsurfing, wing foil), kayak or paddleboard trips to discover the Sables-d’Or lagoon and the lagoon of the Îlot Saint-Michel, and sand yachting on the beach. Courses from beginner to advanced, private lessons or hire to go out on your own: everything is supervised by qualified instructors. Outside the holidays, regular sessions welcome children on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
