About

Terre & Mer is a 4.7-hectare nature village on rue de la Ville-ès-Rouxel in Binic-Étables-sur-Mer. The estate is pedestrian, with no cars or caravans, and has only 31 places to stay. The beach is 500 metres away along a footpath, and the harbours of Binic and Saint-Quay-Portrieux are a few minutes away. Accommodation ranges from the four-person cottage to the 58 m² Komodo chalet for eight, via the Manyara ecolodge and the Africa cabin. The Nature & Spa suite sleeps two. An indoor pool, an indoor hot tub and an outdoor paddling pool complete the site. A mini farm, mini golf, archery, bike hire and a playground keep families busy. A friendly bar is open, and food trucks come four evenings a week in summer. Wi-Fi is free throughout the estate. Gwenaëlle and Alexandre Burlot bought the campsite in 2017 to transform it; Alexandre grew up between the woods of Tréguidel and the beach of Étables. On arrival, an electric cart takes guests and luggage to their accommodation. A 2,600 m² area with a meeting room also hosts seminars. By the sea, Le Moulin beach is about 1 km away, and Les Godelins beach about 5 minutes by car (3.1 km). Nearby, the Pointe de Plouha is about 18 minutes by car (13 km).
