About
The Grand Hôtel Perros-Guirec overlooks Trestraou beach at 45 boulevard Joseph Le Bihan. Its facade faces the sea and the Sept-Îles archipelago, in one of the most iconic landscapes of the Pink Granite Coast. The hotel is rated 4 stars and has 57 rooms and suites for 118 guests. Today’s Grand Hôtel is the result of a complete restoration. The historic building, which dates back to the early 20th century (1914, according to the hotel), reopened in 2022 after about three years of work. The decor pays tribute to the Roaring Twenties, with a strong retro-chic style. The rooms are spread over several floors and categories. Classic rooms are 20 to 25 m² and face the courtyard; some are adapted for wheelchair users. Rooms with a partial sea view are 25 to 31 m². Superior sea view rooms with balcony or terrace are about 24 m², and the balcony category includes accessible rooms. Prestige sea view rooms are about 28 m². On the fifth floor, Panoramic side sea view rooms are about 22 m² and Panoramic sea view rooms 27 to 30 m². The much larger Family rooms are 53 to 59 m² for four people, with two sleeping areas. The sea view suites are 58 or 62 m², for two people, and some are accessible. Another category, Ker Bihan, offers about 20 m² on the courtyard side, in the building next to the hotel. Services include free Wi-Fi, a safe in every room, air conditioning throughout, a 24/7 reception, secure luggage storage, breakfast in the dining room, a restaurant and a bar. The Jo’Ker restaurant serves bistronomic cooking facing the sea, with about 70 covers. The Grand Hôtel also has a bar and the Roz’Top, a panoramic rooftop for drinks and some events. The wellness area is on the fifth floor. It has a hammam, a sauna, a hot tub and a sensory shower, with a spectacular view over the bay of Trestraou, plus a massage room. In 2025, hotel guests had one hour of access included per night, and access was limited to eight people at a time, on booking. There is also a gym, a surf shop, bike hire and a bike storage room. The casino is part of the same complex, one of the Grand Hôtel’s special features. The hotel also has three modular meeting rooms totalling about 116 m², for up to about 95 people. Pets are accepted. The hotel has a private car park, an electric vehicle charging point, a lift and facilities for people with reduced mobility. The Grand Hôtel is open all year, 24 hours a day. In 2026, a double room started from around €149, subject to availability. From here, the GR34, Ploumanac’h, the Sept-Îles, Trégastel and the main sites of the Pink Granite Coast are close by. Without a car, the beach, restaurants and many activities are within walking distance. The Grand Hôtel Perros-Guirec is a destination in its own right, especially suited to couples, families, wellness stays and upmarket getaways, with the rare advantage of combining a hotel, spa, gym, restaurant, rooftop and casino facing the sea.
