About
Every Tuesday and Friday, from 8 am to 1.30 pm, the Ménimur food market sets up in the car park of the district’s shopping centre, north of the centre of Vannes. It is a neighbourhood market, handy for buying fresh produce during the week without going into the historic centre. It is one of the open-air markets run by the town, along with the big market on Place des Lices on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and the Conleau-Cliscouët market on Sunday mornings, on Place Fareham. After the market, you can visit Vannes Intra-Muros, about 5 minutes by car (2.3 km), and the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Vannes, La Cohue, about 6 minutes by car (2.2 km).
