About
Behind a discreet façade on Rue de la Boucherie, Agora offers a culinary break that contrasts with the bustle of the old centre of Vannes. Here, gastronomy does not show off in a grand setting: it is built around an intimate place, a committed team and a personal offer. Chef Guillaume Le Bozec and Delphine Dugor opened the house in 2022. The chef’s career, notably at Le Pressoir, the Manoir de la Boulaie and Maison Troisgros, explains the precision of his work. But Agora’s singularity lies in the dialogue between local produce and distant inspirations: a Breton fish can meet a lively condiment, a delicate spice or a citrus note without losing its identity. The experience is built around multi-course menus that let you follow a progression and the contrasts of textures. Delphine Dugor looks after the dining room and the drinks pairings. Unusually, some of the paintings in the restaurant are by the chef himself. Mention allergies and dietary needs in advance and book your table.
