About
Trestrignel lies east of central Perros-Guirec, in a bay lined with villas. More residential and less lively than Trestraou, it offers a calmer atmosphere while remaining one of the town’s main beaches. In 2026, the town planned seasonal lifeguard posts at Trestraou and Trestrignel. The beach is also part of Perros-Guirec’s bathing water quality programme. Its position gives lovely views towards the Sept-Îles and the bay. It suits families, couples and visitors looking for less bustle than at Trestraou.
