About
The Pointe du Listoir, in Landévant, marks the start of the Étel river. Rich in worms, shellfish and shrimps, it is an important bird site. The path goes from maritime pines to heathland and then marshes, and follows the ria opposite the bell tower of the Legevin chapel, in Nostang. The main gatherings of birds on the Étel river take place at the point. The way back passes near the Demi-Ville mill (private), built with stones from an old manor, whose wheel is 6 m in diameter. The loop is 6.7 km long; allow about 1 h 30 of walking. The stated level is easy. Start: the small car park on the forest track, at Mané Craping (Landévant). The waymarking is yellow. The official route, published by Auray Quiberon Terre Atlantique, is shown on the map and can be downloaded as a GPX file to follow on your phone.
