About
Le Nau beach stretches between the jetty of the port of Le Pouliguen and the Brécéan town hall. It offers a particularly complete mix of swimming, services and seaside life. Water quality is described as excellent and stable. The beach is lifeguarded in July and August, and a Tiralo is available at the first-aid post during staffed hours. Showers and toilets are near the post. Beach clubs, a volleyball court, bars, restaurants, beach huts and tents complete the offer. At low tide, Le Nau is popular for shore fishing, especially for cockles and clams, with minimum sizes, quotas and any health restrictions to respect. The beach holds the Blue Flag. From Le Nau, you can join the Côte Sauvage walking route, about 9.5 km. Pets are not allowed.
